Terms and Conditions

  1. General Terms
    These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the rental of Casa dos Duques in Abiul, Portugal (“Property”). By booking, you (“Guest”) agree to be bound by this Agreement.
  2. Booking and Payment
  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • Bookings must be made through our website or via direct contact.
  • Rates are quoted per night, with a one-time cleaning fee for the entire stay included in the final invoice.
  • A deposit may be required at booking, with the balance due before arrival.
  • Your booking is confirmed only upon receiving our written approval.
  1. Cancellation Policy
  • Cancel 2 months before: No charges.
  • Cancel 1 month before: 50% charge.
  • Cancel 15 days before: 100% charge.
  1. Check-in and Check-out
  • Check-in is at [e.g., 3:00 PM] and check-out is at [e.g., 11:00 AM].
  • Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability.
  • Guests must complete a check-in form and provide identification upon arrival.
  1. House Rules
  • No smoking is allowed inside the Property.
  • Animals are generally not allowed, except for special cases upon prior approval.
  • Guests must keep the Property clean and report any damages immediately.
  • Any damage or loss during the stay is the Guest’s responsibility.
  • The Property must be used in accordance with local laws and regulations.
  1. Liability and Damages
  • Guests agree to indemnify Casa dos Duques for any damage caused during their stay.
  • We are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred by the Guest during their stay.
  • Disputes arising from the rental will be resolved under Portuguese law.
  1. Privacy
  • Personal data collected during booking is handled according to our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
  • By booking, you consent to the processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
  1. Governing Law
  • This Agreement is governed by Portuguese law.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Portuguese courts.

  • By making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
